Client Portal

We have a user friendly Online Client Portal which provides 24/7 CDR analysis along with all the tools you need to manage your account online.

Within the Client Portal, you can:

  • Download daily, weekly & monthly CDRs

  • Top up Account credit

  • Add & remove admin users

  • Add IPs

  • Utilise the self-billing function to automatically generate and download either weekly, or time specific invoices

UK Outbound dialling guidelines and regulations

VysheTel Ltd adheres to the Communications Act 2003 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 along with Ofcom's "Statement of policy on the persistent misuse of an electronic communications network or electronic communications service"

VysheTel Ltd require all its clients to also follow these regulations.
